Important Notice
All of our products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles common allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.
If you have a severe allergy, please consider carefully whether our products are suitable for you.
Common Allergens in Our Kitchen
Our kitchen regularly uses the following allergens:
- Wheat/Gluten - Present in most of our baked goods
- Dairy - Butter, milk, cream, and cream cheese are used frequently
- Eggs - Used in most recipes
- Tree Nuts - Walnuts, pecans, and almonds are used in some products
- Soy - Present in some chocolate products
Cross-Contact Risk
Even products that do not contain a specific allergen as an ingredient may have come into contact with that allergen during preparation. Our equipment, utensils, and work surfaces are shared across all products.
We clean our equipment between batches, but trace amounts of allergens may remain.
Dietary Labels
We use the following labels to help you identify products that may meet your dietary needs:
- Vegetarian - Contains no meat or fish products
- Vegan option - Can be made without animal products upon request
- Gluten-friendly option - Can be made with gluten-free ingredients upon request (NOT certified gluten-free; cross-contact risk remains)
- Nut-free option - Can be made without tree nuts upon request (cross-contact risk remains)
Gluten-Friendly Note
"Gluten-friendly" does not mean gluten-free or safe for those with celiac disease. Our gluten-friendly options are made without gluten-containing ingredients, but they are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat flour extensively.
If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity, our products are not appropriate for you.
